Volunteer

Just a few hours a month can make a significant difference in someone's life. Choose where to help and what you'd like to do for an individual in need of assistance. The RSVP Volunteer Caregiver Project will match you with someone who is in need of the services that you are willing to offer. It's that simple.....and so very rewarding!

It is important to note that services are set up with the care receiver and agreed upon by the volunteer before the volunteer starts donating time. This is done to ensure that volunteers are doing exactly what they want to do and not feeling pressured to offer more.
RSVP Volunteers:
- Provide friendly visits or outings
- Run errands
- Shop for groceries
- Do light housekeeping
- Provide brief respite for family caregivers
- Other tasks that can help keep an individual in their home
How do I become a Volunteer?
- Call, e-mail, or click below for a volunteer application
- Once the application has been received, an orientation will be scheduled
- A few background checks will be done: a criminal background check, Wisconsin driver's license check, and three personal references will be contacted.
